Is this a one-time engagement or ongoing?
Both models work. Most clients start with a fixed-scope assessment and strategy engagement (4–6 weeks), then optionally retain us on a monthly basis to oversee implementation and advise on decisions as they arise.
We already have a development team. Can you work alongside them?
Yes — this is our most common consulting model. We provide the architectural direction and technical oversight; your team or other vendors handle execution. We review their work and keep standards consistent.
Do you recommend specific vendors or products?
We make vendor recommendations based on your specific requirements, not on partnerships or commissions. Our recommendations are documented with rationale so you can pressure-test them independently.
