Paper-based administration slowing everything down
Uttaran College of Education was managing student admissions, exam schedules, marks, attendance, and result publishing entirely on paper and spreadsheets. The process was slow, error-prone, and required multiple staff members to coordinate manually.
Students had no way to check their results or attendance online. University submissions required manual data compilation. The college also had no public-facing website, making it invisible to prospective students.
Our solution
One platform for the entire student lifecycle
We built a custom PHP/MySQL system covering every stage of the student lifecycle: online application, document verification, fee management, academic records, attendance marking, internal marks entry, and result publishing.
Role-based access means faculty see their classes, admin sees everything, and students see their own records. The public institutional website gives prospective students programme information, faculty profiles, and admission dates.
