The challenge
Selling online with no technical team
SMR Foods was selling their food products through distributors and informal channels. They had no online presence and no way for customers to order directly — losing sales to competitors who had basic e-commerce sites.
They needed a complete online store: product listings, a shopping cart, payments, and a way to manage orders — without hiring a full-time developer. Budget was fixed. Timeline was 8 weeks.
Our solution
Purpose-built storefront, not a template
We built a full-stack e-commerce platform from scratch: React frontend with mobile-first design, Node.js/Express API, MongoDB for product and order data, and Razorpay for payments.
The seller dashboard lets the SMR team manage products, view orders, update stock, and mark shipments — no coding required. Order confirmation emails go out automatically.
